HOUSE FIGHT IN PUBLIC: TINUBU VS- OYEGUN

When a whole National Leader of a political party APC sends his letter to the media – was that necessary?  Fighting a house fight in public.

Two instances Premium Times adequately reported on where both great politicians faced-off  viz 1) Kogi and 2) Ondo - Akeredolu Where Oyegun was perceived to have worked against the interest of Tinubu and promoted the interest of President Buhari and this would mean Oyegun is a Buhari Loyalist. Is that why Tinubu wants Oyegun out? 

Remineces of former PDP Chairman Bamanga Tukur -2012 to 2014. Within PDP those who didn’t want Dr Ebele Jonathan re-elected as President in 2015 first ensured they got his loyalist PDP Chair Dr Bamanga Tukur out of the way. With Tukur out, Mu’azu succeeded him, the ‘presidential assignment’ to get GEJ out 2015 then got better.

Of  ‘my presidential assignment’?. That was actually Tinubu’s phrase.

BAT: NEVER ENOUGH! WHAT WAS GEJ'S REWARD TO OBASANJO?

In 2015-2016 Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu successfully nominated some into President Buhari’s regime. I can readily mention one, the Chair FIRS who sits atop Trillions in revenue that was a Tinubu nominee.

CABINET MINISTERS.

Tinubu had his own nominee for Lagos but Buhari preferred Fashola SAN to whom he gave 3 Ministries rolled into one. I accept the argument to de-portfolize 3 Ministries but I do not understand Bola Tinubu weeping all the time that he was not rewarded for helping enthrone Buhari for delivering the South West.

JONATHAN AND OBASANJO

Did President Jonathan show half of the appreciation to Obasanjo as President Buhari has showered on Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. On the contrary Chief EK Clark was attacking Obasanjo – GEJ’s regime not only didn’t give a reward to Obasanjo by conceding right to nominate people for the role he Obasanjo played in helping PDP deliver South West, former President Jonathan employed Dr Doyin Okupe Obasanjo’s former aide as GEJ’s aide whom as it turned out wrote denigratingly of Obasanjo. When Obasanjo could take the insults from the duo of Clark and Okupe no more, he tore his PDP card and cursed his party sorely and so GEJ lost the election.

I now see GEJ and OBJ holding hands in South South walking in and out of events, new found friends.

BUHARI DOES NOT FIGHT HIS OWN:

Give the entire treasury to Bola Ahmed Tinubu he still would  complain through  his known agents  “not enough”!?.  If  Buhari were others perhaps might dust up Tinubu’s  United States and Nigeria charge/allegations all read happenings in US&Nigeria over BAT. PMB  doesn’t fight his own. GEJ’s regime fought the founding father of PDP, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo – that was quite a costly fight.

NBA PRESIDENCY 2014

Talking about enthronement or assisting to enthrone leaders and rewards. What reward from Augustine Alege? We assisted in enthroning 2014 NBA, he and his proxies attacked me after we had successfully  worked for his presidential election. They even sought CA’s  dear life.  But Omnipotent God saved me.

Comments:

It is actually an originating summons filed by the applicant/plaintiff that EFCC should not prosecute him, argued about 3 weeks ago. These being public documents you could  apply for CTC of the processes filed and possibly the record of proceedings thereon.

What am I getting at? The Federal Ministry of Justice is pressing charges against Adoke SAN

Ruling/Judgment is reserved by Her Lordship Hon Justice Nyako, to sometime in February 2018.

Re: ABIA STATE JUDICIARY- EXECUTIVE  CORRIVAL: 

HARASSMENT OF A  NON- INDIGENE AS CJ ABIA STATE

I read comments recently of PDP stalwarts referencing nepotism and clannishness in Nigeria.

Please Sir what to say of Dr Ikpeazu the Governor of Abia State and his AG Umeh SAN who made life unbearable for Hon. Justice Theresa U Uzokwe CJ Abia  of Anambra State origin but worked and lived in Abia State for very long years,  appointed a Judge of Abia State High Court, over decades rose to become  the Chief Judge upon the recommendation of NJC,  former Gov Orji swore-in her Lordship in Dec., 2014 as CJ Abia State.  Her Ladyship's tenure as CJ till present has been turbulent cos a PDP state, Abia won’t come to terms with the reality that a Daughter of Anambra (she is from Anambra) classify as Igbo and that Igbo men need not fight women cloak-and-dagger. If they didn’t want her they should not have made her a Judge in the first place.

Please call Gov.  Dr Ikpeazu to stop this unnecessary ethnic/gender war!

The Hon. CJ  Justice Theresa Uzokwe is not opposed to mediation. I have assuaged and appealed to her. I therefore humbly ask you to request Abia State to set up a 5-member mediation committee of 5:-

1.     Governor nominates one person

2.    Hon. CJ Abia nominates one  person with the consent of the CJN/NJC

3.    Abia State House of Assembly nominates one person

4.    The NBA nominates one person

5.    JUSUN/ media should have one nominee from either Guardian, Thisday or Vanguard newspaper without prejudice to other newspapers.

Two weeks to allow time for mediation and bring about truce. Her tenure is over in a few years 2 or 3 years max and she retires from the Bench.

Thereafter the good people of Abia could ensure that  the office of CJ considering that most Judges are Abians be reserved strictly for Abians.

The Facebook link below was sent to me yesterday Monday 5-2-2018 of  the

Press statement signed by Abia State AG Umeh Kalu SAN that they were now going to comply . And the photos of the Governor of Abia State and others demonstrate compliance with NJC ADVICE of 31-1-2018. His Excellency Governor Ikpeazu on Monday 5-2-2018 swore-in  Justice A.O.K Ogwe as acting CJ Abia on Monday 5-2-2018.  Justice O Oji  who was sworn-in by the State Governor on Friday 26-1-2018 has now stepped  down. NJC had  issued a query to Oji J., for accepting the “illegal appointment.”

Although Punch newspaper Sunday 4-2-2018 reported ABSHA’s views in my

We indicated to them in  OurCountryNigeria  email notification not to disregard NJC’s recommendation and now  the Governor did listen and complied thereon.
