The African Bar Association led by some Nigerian Lawyers in the
close circle of Messrs JB Daudu and Alegeh specifically Messrs Hanibal Uwaifo and Ibrahim
Mark were in Gambia two days ago and met with President Yahya Jammeh according
to this report below. A press statement in Gambia was said to have been issued
by them which was pummeled by PALU and

In the Gambian radio link hereunder a damning statement against
that delegation of the African Bar
Association said to have sold out and that the Gambia Bar Association and PALU
dissociate itself from the delegation of the African Bar Association and that
delegation’s integrity was walloped. It said PALU and GBA stand with UN and
ECOWAS and NOT Jammeh who annulled the
presidential election after he had
conceded defeat and had congratulated the President-elect Mr Barrow .
