Christiane Amanpour is Chasing Down Misogny

This Friday 20th October PM CNN Chief Correspondent Christiane Amanpour said millions of women World over  in all the professions from Law to Journalism  to civil society to actresses  have joined the global campaign against male harassers. How many Nigerian women are typing in the campaign hashtag being called upon on Facebook and Twitters to enable prosecution and possible jail term for harassers; if you have or if you are harassing any woman you are a criminal wherever you are you will go to jail.

Women of courage kick against the ungodly faces of men who harass them in your workplace, in your professions in your careers and in the market place etc.  That culture of silence has not being of any use to the Nigerian Nation. Otherwise how come only 8% of Nigerian women are elected legislators etc.
How come you are grossly under-represented everywhere?.
How come you are QUIET?
SPEAK OUT!
Thank you.

English, Lady, French, Dame Meaning Woman

Gentlemen:
The World is multi-lingual.  English and French Languages are some of the most popular languages in the present age.  Look at how the words compare:
English Language – Woman is a Lady and vice versa
French Language – a Lady is “Dame” –  it is please not complicated Sirs we did this intellectual exercise on Facebook today Thursday 19th October in quite a robust discussion.  https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english-french/lady
Therefore:
When I sign as “Dame Carol Ajie” it means exactly Lady Carol Ajie and should I use the suffix “Esq” also my right many thanks to Hon Justice Onnoghen CJN, GCON for allowing female Barristers in Nigeria what US female Attorneys are allowed to, represents few law degree plus call to Bar as wo/men with legal knowledge every lawyer is. I do not want to use the prefix Lady cos “Dame” means the same as Lady and one of which is more common.  Kindly address this lady as “Dame Carol Ajie” or
“Learned Dame Carol Ajie” most humbly, ITS NOT honorarium.
Thank you
Dame Carole

Winfrey's Fellowship: Not Possible for Women to Hate Men

Multi-Billionaire Talk Show Queen Oprah Winfrey is not a Lawyer. Nigeria’s Billionaire Blogger Linda Ikeji is also not a lawyer. Both Women are some of the most selfless citizens (into philanthropy),  both are unmarried (not because they despise men.  Please men never feel bad when you see fiercely independent women they are not men haters.  God forbids women to hate men and vice versa.
You bet if Oprah or Linda were married half of the money these great Gals devote to charity would probably seek more rolls Royce, more estate. Not  disrespecting marriage.  Our women marry for support of your own volition. Good God made us for different reasons for God’s purpose.
Women are committed workers your Excellency Mr President, not hesitate to give 35% affirmative action in keeping with the national policy on gender and exert influence on APC Governors  to also reflect 35% at the state and local government levels and watch  our country’s happy people.

Olanipekun and Alegeh: Alliance of Human Rights Attackers?

In 2014, Messrs Adesina, Adekoya, Akintola, Erhabor and Alegeh were co-contestants for the exalted office of President of  the Nigerian Bar Association.
In OurCountryNigeria@yahoogroups.ca we asked who was minded to changing the NBA Constitution to reflect universal suffrage via e-voting.  Mr Augustine Alegeh SAN  wrote that he would take the challenge and upon his election, he  eventually amended the NBA Constitution in 2015 at the AGC to reflect universal suffrage via e-voting. He kept his office as Executive Chairman of Tratrix Engineering company against professional ethics he held on to being a CONTRACTOR would not  file the amendment at CAC reason 2015 NBA Constitution was struck down by Justice Tsoho  March 2017.

Alegeh’s total lack of respect for human rights (Alegeh compared sharply with  former NBA President Olanipekun SAN in matters of human rights violations. In 2014-2016 both men were adversaries they  now appear to form an alliance with the hope of planting successors in 2018 and Alegeh’s candidate if he wins will pave way for Olanipekun’s candidate 2020 – assuming JB Daudu SAN and his cabal permit it)

Alegeh  was the first and only NBA President who would go to NEC meeting to preside - infantile whilst not addressing any of the issues he  sat and set up a committee of 3 men headed by himself  with instructions to bring any his female critics to his filthy office to deal with them. Richard Burton said of such you are  “is less than a man”. – Richard Burton

If you are a male or female lawyer with a substantial name and you backed a President to win you are the Father or Mother of that regime and if you are disrespected the regime has disrespected his  pillar of support. Not only his Mother did Augustine Alegeh disrespect. He also disrespected his Father JB Daudu SAN. But in Daudu’s case JB got the benefits of Alegeh’s regimein every sense.  I  do not give conditional support. I am the best. So you understand why Mr Augustine  Alegeh not only removed his Mother from NEC and does she care about NEC? Alegeh aware his Mother  does not care about NEC and NBA Committee membership  cos she  thinks she is an Institution, the  said Mr Alegeh poached on one of my International clients; briefs the Dame got years before Alegeh was accidentally made NBA President.

His successor-n-office is all set to destroy universal suffrage and e-voting. Fight  man-to-man if you can. COWARD!

Women Are Committed Workers, Your Excellency PMB

His Excellency President Buhari, GCFR
C-in-C of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
The groundswell of International opposition TO your regime mounts  with the latest from former US Intelligence expert declaring “the honeymoon over”. Matters made worse with swelling local opposition who label you as one of the most “dictatorial” Presidents in Africa. Jonathan earned the sobriquet the “most insulted President”. By far that sobriquet is less perilous than the one being placed on you even by some of your party top notch.

Your Anti-corruption war has been discredited.

There is one option Mr President “gender”. Once you keep appointing women and ensuring the national gender policy of 35% is upheld, you know women are committed people. Women will grow the economy. Women will make Nigeria a haven for all citizens to thrive.
The antidote is for FG to empower women politically, economically professionally. Good have a reputation of “discipline”.
Your Excellency nominated a female (North) deputy Governor of CBN
Appointed a female (North) NPA Boss – first ever both women.
Please give Women more ‘firsts’ in this regime; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, give Nigeria a woman looking in another region though say South.

Furthermore re-jig your cabinet. You know the Governors hold you in awe.  In APC States if you tell your Govs to submit the names of say four ministerial nominees two men and two women they will comply and you will pick one from each state as I see you want to retain one Minister per state. Other non-APC States  collated as you best deem fit assuming you do not want the Governors to send the names directly. Sir by the time you complete the re-constitution of your cabinet you will retain Ministers you want retained and achieve 35% women.
Thank you!
