Mauritius First Female President Dr Ameenah Gurib-Fakim: Men Should Show More Compassion

Mauritius First Female President Dr Ameenah Gurib-Fakim Muslim.

An NGO issued her a credit card for use in her work for the NGO. According to the newspaper, she was given the card for serving as the NGO's unpaid director and it was to be used to pay for the promotion of a doctorate program named after the president.

Some credit cards look alike.  Her mistake was she took the NGO’s credit card to shop to the tune of $26,000, she has refunded all of the said $26,000 to the NGO, Planet Earth Institute yet the men insist in kicking her out.  Not considering the compassion, she is somebody’s wife and mother of 3 kids. She was on TV and was called a “man” she retorted thus “you called me a man? You have just demoted me”.

In Nigeria the women say if you call them men you promote them “His Lordship” “Sir” to a female Judge Other jurisdictions say the exact opposite.  “Her Ladyship” “Her Lordship” “Her Worship” “Your Honor”
Let’s call a man a man and a woman a woman even if we took same professional titles or suffix.
