With reference to NJC, NBA reps are not allowed to participate in NJC meetings to deal with the issues of Justices Onnoghen and Tanko Mohammad as stipulated in the CFRN.
You may find that Nos 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 on NJC list, are 5 NBA Reps. Usoro Mahmoud Banire Dodo, Etomi. South South has Usoro and Etomi. North has Dodo and Mahmoud. South West has Banire. The new President of NBA will send a fresh list because Mr Usoro has professional issues.

When we call EGM, work in progress, the earlier we call EGM the
better. We were actually supposed to have called EGM in January but CJN
matter compelled a shift.
Also someone without the Dame 's approval stated Afam Osigwe's name as one of those to be on the list to be voted for the office of President 2019-2020.
I have appealed that we are not creating a new list outside that of ECNBA 2018. Mr Osigwe was disqualified. We cannot bring him thru the back door. We have two OO. Let me not say more.
Now, this is February our members need to get EGM done so that we can start paying BPF preferably to GTB. You know NBA had a GTB account. Access Bank if Learned friends prefer Access Bank that is OK. GTB is also fine. Please let's proceed with EGM. To pay our Bar practising fees and there won't be double taxation of collecting sums for NBA stamps in addition to BPF like the Usoros monied up. They want reward for every piece of work they do, even where they have not worked, the Usoros want to reap.
Cultivating some sense of personal sacrifice is a virtue. Sometimes people should practice the virtue of self denial.
