1. The President Nigerian Bar Association
2. Jonathan Taidi Esq., The General Secretary Nigerian Bar
Association
3.
Gbenga Oyebode ESQ, Fmr Chair Access Bank Plc., Chairman TCCP
DEAR
SIRS:
Having
read it, I hereby acknowledge the interim report of July 1st, herein posted
below confirming 8,000 delegates are already in and extension by one week of
early bird registration deadline, please my Barristers, in the interest
of a transparent regime which the Usoros flip, it would be apropos to disclose,
display, reveal, give an indication of sums collected thus far.
Many
opine that a regime headed by Mr Usoro at a time he is standing a ten-count
criminal trial for illegal activities of lifting a billion naira from Akwa Ibom
State government coffers, the case comes up this week, (3rd July) and held up
most of the money when he wasn't even counsel in the election petition, is not
capable of being honest with NBA, not when the Usoros have a consistent record
for scamming people. The learned couple both of whom scammed the undersigned.
A
man aware of March 31st deadline for payment of Bar practising fees, called a
NEC meeting few days to BPF payment deadline and fails to discuss at the March
2019 meeting his plans to invest our money, in excess of half a Billion Naira
with Access Bank Plc where he also serves as a Board member and had LIED to the
electorate that he was going to resign if elected NBA President 2018.
Usoro
didn't resign from Access Bank Board but AB Mahmoud SAN 2016-2018 resigned from
the Board of MacArthur Foundation as it approved a grant for NBA.
Usoros
failed to follow AB Mahmoud's precedence, yet the Usoros attack his integrity
when they are worse. He didn't tell NBA he was planning to fix our BPF to
enable members compare with other Bank rates and decide the Best for NBA. He
negotiated alone and it was not until June 2019 that he merely informed NBA NEC
by way of update!.
Mr
'Transparency's strange definition of transparency& accountability?.
Kind
regards
Attorney
