Paul Usoro is Senior and Suited to Serve NBA Best at this Time!

Dear Colleagues,

At 6am this Good Monday morning 20/8/18, voting closed @NBA Portal.

Paul Usoro SAN got the highest number of votes to emerge winner of

the election for the office of the President 2018-2020. I have sent

a congratulatory message to Mfon and Paul Usoro SAN.

When as Amazon I contested for office of Chief Scribe, NBA GS in 2000

some were barely Lawyers then or green wigs. I lost that election gallantly.

Sunday Ameh SAN also lost gallantly to Chief Philip Umeh Great GS.

Next was in 2002 I lost the election gallantly to Dele Adesina SAN and

Sunday Ameh SAN also lost and he stopped his GS race there. I continued, in

2004 and again lost in 2006 uptil the year 2008 albeit Gallant! I then returned

to school for my LL.M, Georgetown Washington D.C under scholarship.

I was always the first to congratulate the GS winner up and until 2004

when Nimi Walson-Jack Esq my Niger Delta Brother from PH won!

Nimi Walson Jack & his pretty wife Dame Didi my classmate who was once

the Solicitor General of Bayelsa State and the learned couple brought some

swagger to that office  and spirit of amity.

Arthur Obi Okafor SAN has just fought his first election in NBA

and lost to the most senior of 3,  Paul Usoro SAN and AOO now complains that

he is 'withdrawing' from the race after participating in it, in a conscious state.

Because according to AOO's letter to ECNBA, PU suddenly got upsurge of votes.

What a strange ground for protest and so that is reason for AOO's

refusal to congratulate the Winner, even before ECNBA officially

declares results, falls short of sportsmanship, my friends.

NBA ELECTION MAGAZINE: TWO OR SO CANDIDATES FORGOT TO LIST CV/PROFILE

By now you may have completed your verification exercise as the deadline is tomorrow Saturday.

Now some of the candidates very few,  for senior offices such as VPs et al failed, refused, neglected to type in their CV/Profile. Here is the NBA Election Magazine for candidates its official.  One said they studied in Olabisi Onabanjo University in their LinkedIn profile. On Facebook profile they said they went to University of Ife  and Ivy League Institutions in USA. That they live abroad.  Here is how to introduce yourself at elections  using the templates provided by the NBA Presidential candidates in this NBA link.

Proudly list the schools you attended, your year of graduation and  your year of call plus where you work in a law firm or wherever you work state it in your  CV/Profile seeking office in a  national election.  Taking umbrage?  The Chief FRA Williams SAN – “The Doyen of the Bar”,  has yet a successor not even the contemporary renowned lawyers  claim the Doyen-ship much more  candidates for lower offices. No NBA Presidential candidate have not made any claim even through supporters to “Doyen”. In any event Chief FRA Williams had a CV/Profile and if you asked,  to list the cases he had conducted he would have.

AKPABIO'S PLANNED DEFECTION AND THE PARABLE OF THE PRODIGAL SON

Senator Akpabio/APC,

Before your defection note Sen Saraki Senate President defected with his Gov. Before your defection note Gov Tambuwal Sokoto defected with  some legislators. Before your defection note Sen Gemade defected with his State Gov Ortom.

All of whom were originally PDP who had defected in the wake of 2015 elections to APC and now back to PDP. Akpabio's original political school is PDP which is why Akwa Ibom State Governor stays in PDP and will not defect with Akpabio unlike  Senate President Saraki,  Senator Gemade, Gov Tambuwal. Exceptionally, Sen  Dino Melaye whose State Governor is APC and understandably  so will stay in  his APC.

 

In the game of defections PDP has the upper hand unlike the untruth Lai Mohammed told that it’s “GG” with  Senator Akpabio’s  planned exit from PDP.  Akpabio  was/is Senate Minority Leader prior to the mass defection from APC to PDP and you are now supposed to be moving a notch up to being Senate Leader. This is a poorly planned defection Sir Akpabio with due respect drop that script!.

 

In the event Akpabio finally leaves PDP for APC as a welcome party is purportedly being planned tomorrow 8/8/18, n the context of angel numbers, 8 means “material gain”. Akpabio probably wants cash cow he thinks APC would grant him access to ATM wherever he finds one in Akwa Ibom.  APC should be weary of Akpabio. Also PDP should reach out to Senator Akpabio  now or before 8/8/18,  he is said to have complained that his State Gov Emmanuel is not giving him access to financial assets. Is Akwa Ibom State owing him? Are there road contracts he executed and was not paid? If he has genuine grievances, I think PDP should look into it with a view to resolving it bearing in mind the scriptural prodigal Son would earn his dues.

G. Akpabio(GA) if it’s about plots to remove & replace Dr Saraki as Senate President, forget it! Otherwise PDP could discuss with GA.
