51% Required for Recall, Only 5% Attained - Buhari-Bello's Failure!

He was in hospital, chained and had dirt thrown at him by Buhari’s Police Chief assisted by Kogi State Governor, what a humiliation for Buhari-Bello connection.  Now with only nine months to 2019 presidential  election, the political parties from APC to PDP, APGA, AD, SDP everyone please Brothers and Sisters  come together work across party lines to kick the Ruler out because his mission is to divide and destroy Nigeria along sectional lines. Buhari has no plans for young persons. He owes pension arrears - no plans for the elderly also though he is one.

Kindly permit me to request the under-listed to present their blue prints and programs to be able to remove our country from its present  socio-economic decay and the iron fist of a dictator who hounds critics and political opponents. Don’t think about tribe or religion. We are one Nation. We are one Nigeria. We must unite against his clueless regime, to use the words of the Holy Catholic Priest at today’s homily “who was elected in 2015 by Muslims and Christians to be the source of life but turns out to be the source of death”.

Let as many people as are willing to lead begin to prepare economic blue prints.  The following citizens have been identified. I pay my respect to Sowore but one per zone.  Nigerians please should have to  select one of the following:
1.    Senator Dino Melaye – North Central
2.    Pastor  Tunde Bakare – South West
3.    Professor  Kingsley Moghalu Lawyer, political economist & former Deputy  Governor, CBN – South East
4.    Donald Duke – South South
5.    Abubakar Atiku   - North East
6.    Muhammadu Buhari -  North West

One per  zone please. Once we agree on one person from 1-5 above,  the others would please support the person to work against Buhari. ALL NOTE that INEC recall process is an indication that candidate  Buhari pitched against any other candidate from any zone would score 5% of the votes 2019. Don’t worry about the Talakawas, they are no longer Buhari’s concern. He is launching a 7-star hotel in Abuja May 9th. What housing policy has Buhari’s government in plcae or provided for the poorest of the poor from North to South. He put some of the victims of violence in IDP camps and government aircraft went there & bombed the camps. He makes a habit of not visiting the injured or consoling with the families of those killed.  We should have to look after the Northern Talakawas and Southern poor alike. He hasn’t  an economic agenda for our large population, 180Million people!

Without prejudice to the communique by Catholic Bishops of Nigeria last week  and other patriots consistently calling on  Buhari to resign  or  face impeachment.

Yours in the service of the Nation

KILLINGS AND CARNAGE: CATHOLIC BISHOPS ASK BUHARI TO RESIGN, PUNCH

Distinguished Citizens,
Distinguished Senators and Hon. Members of the House of Reps.,

Now is time.  A Bloodbathing regime presides over the mass killings of our citizens on a daily basis without a legal excuse, we see the mass murder of Christians in  the middle belt including two of our Catholic priests and parishioners slaughtered in a holy ground early in the morning in Church praying for the victims of some of the most heartless killings the World ever witnessed. PMB has a date with Donald Trump next week.

Whilst PMB is away in Washington D.C.,  the National Assembly should proceed with the impeachment process.  You may appoint external counsel such as renowned Constitutional Lawyer Professor Ben Nwabueze SAN and his team to prepare a draft Notice of Impeachment for your vetting and approval such that soon Buhari returns from Washington he would receive the Notice of Impeachment under s143(2) of the 1999 Constitution.  They cannot kill everybody. There are no jail houses in Nigeria big enough to take 180 million Nigerians.  Dear compatriots sacrifice for country.

All ye great guys  in APC, in PDP etc – Must work across party lines. APC don’t you see the crisis Buhari created in your party over his ambition for a 2nd term? Be of good courage people,  save Nigeria from further carnage and the corrupt practices of a gentleman soldier who withdrew a whopping $496M of our hard earned Oil money without approval, to pay for Tucano aircraft as shown in the 2nd and 3rd posts hereunder.  Check all monies Buhari had hitherto withdrawn, the more money he withdraws the more killings and carnage Nigeria experiences.  Serve the notice of impeachment, please.
Because Time for Buhari’s Impeachment is Now!
Thank you!

LAI MOHAMMED vs- SERAP , LOOTERS' LIST

Lai Mohammed is a Barrister-at-Law enrolled thirty-one years ago  but his politics pretermits the rudiments of practice.  How a lawful society works even for any Lawyer more loyal to politics than law in a society governed by laws. Should those anti-democratic instincts overwhelm commitment to deliver on dividends of democracy. Look rather than attack Nigeria’s real heroes and heroines those who risk it all to speak towards building a Nation and good governance.

Look   if you want to demolish the opposition, first of all don’t live like them being found doing the same things they did whilst in office.  Second of all, draw up a list of defendants facing trial and a summary or index of the cases. E,g Mr. XXXXXXX XXXXX Nature of Offence (N2Billion drawn from NSA Dasuki’s account without authorization) Number of counts pending before Justice XXXXX sitting in Court xxx
Plea taken – Man or Woman pleads not guilty or pleads guilty
Witnesses – Prosecution has called xxx number of witnesses

Something like that to win civic, civil, professional and political respect even of UK and US. Lai Mohammed doesn’t want to take the right steps and why\ He pulls out a list and he is in court for libel and now threatens to name more names.  How to define impunity Lawyer]

s145 Nigerian Constitution PDP Opinion PMB, APC, NBA - Matters Arising

The World opines neither PDP nor APC governs or had governed in a manner that leads the Pontiff to beatify thou by way of speaking. Having said that  PDP statement on President Buhari’s non-transmission of instrument of power to the National Assembly to enable the Vice President assume the role of acting President, the PDP position was pounded by TheCable online editorial link hereunder wherein it relied profusely on sections 145 and 146 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended.

Olisa Metuh Esq,. Barrister was more guided understandably a Lawyer no longer in the saddle and his  successor did not avert to sections 145 and 146 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999. The Publicity Secretary does not require specialized knowledge of the law. However PDP should endeavor to appoint legal retainers to be assisting some legalistic tasks.

They say PDP loathes to pay Lawyers but one of their Lawyers Mohammed Adoke SAN is rich that for three years the Federal Ministry of Justice was owing external lawyers Billions in fees. When the incumbent AGF Malami SAN was appointed into office he started clearing backlog of outstanding  fees gradually and still continuing till present whenever allocation is released and thereby saved those children some of whom were sent out of school for non-payment of school fees etc.  AGF Adoke and AGF Malami have hugely distinct work ethics.

Malami is very polite to Lawyers. Adoke was always shouting from the exalted seat. Adoke  would think he was doing a lawyer a favour by paying their fees.

Malami thinks it is the right of lawyers to earn fees for their legitimate work. Adoke  prior to his election if you wanted a letter of recommendation Adoke will write and even possibly have his clerk dispatch letters to your office with courtesy. One or two years after he assumed office of AGF became power drunk. This is Malami’s third year in office still humble, very polite to his learned colleagues. I think it’s in his character to be respectful and kind to colleagues.

When a Lawyer issues Legal Opinion he or she affixes NBA Stamp and that seals it. The Nigerian Bar Association enforces this on court documents only but why. NBA is a rich group of Lawyers. The 99 percent NBA recommended to pay an average monthly salary of a paltry N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) money paid to Nannies and Gatemen,  NBA made the recommendation we read it in Punch and seem to have stepped it down soon we took exception to it here.

We have advised our NBA to look into encroachment on legal work. A Lagosian in Ikoyi rent is N12Million for a flat and they employ estate agents without legal training to do the lease agreement. Ditto assignments etc.  NBA needs a desk officer perhaps in Alausa Lagos Land Bureau et al to enforce NBA stamps on legal documents and get out professional fees to colleagues arising therefrom.

Unfortunately most NBA Presidents preceding Mahmoud and ABM don’t think of the custody of the future of the profession they vastly benefit from.

Make this an NBA campaign issue 2018. Will lead for NBA teaming lawyers neglected and abused by the NBA powers that be.  Not about tweeters which even online publishers don’t broadcast. Now NBA Section on Legal Practice held in Port Harcourt this week under the auspices of my Learned Lady Mia Essien SAN and no amount of ABM tweeters pushed it out as news item but why.  Grateful though to AB Mahmoud for addressing Mr Alegeh’s wrong who had arbitrarily removed Mrs Essien in 2014. Mahmoud heroically re-instated her.  NBA-SBL is modeled on IBA so Mia Essien should answer the descript “Chair” SLP not “Chairman” please in keeping with IBA Model Ma’am and Sirs.

There are 4 presidential hopefuls. I have ruled out any possibility of supporting one only of four and I have stated the reasons already why. Should the one I am not supporting win the election,  I will work with whoever wins though without prejudice to disclosing the presidential  candidate I’ll support in 2018 sometime.

Thank you!

Distinguished Senator Goje had said even if Mrs Uwais’ claims N175 Billion ONLY was received by SIP  since inception in 2016 and 2017 to date, at the Senate committee on Appropriation and SIP asks for more when there is no verified name/beneficiary even from Goje’s home State and so many other States, that the Senate IS NOT INCLINED TO APPROVING ANY MORE FUNDS UNTIL AN ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND PERHAPS AUDITED.  Here is the picture you collected Billions and there is no proof that you have judiciously applied it. Should Senate scrap SIP for lack of transparency in governance, Nigerians say SIP is unhelpful to President Buhari’s regime (who himself, PMB recently said he will overhaul it) SIP actually taunts the poverty of the poor that it is meant to assist; if the Senate is going to scrap it, Well then SIP’s Maryam Uwais did publicly admit the presence of stupendous scam in SIP. writing to someone a recommendation that a non-lawyer to be a member
of BoB in this 21st century”  – Preposterous!.
So the person said they were trying to give Buhari a bad name so as to
Keep calling him nepotic whereas his VP and Tinubu are the ones who
should wear tags of nepotism cos both gentlemen use their access only for SW.

VP/Professor of law all the regions advocated for when initially he was being
Excluded from security briefings until slowly PMB and VP now bonded.
So who is there for Niger Delta whose golden egg feeds Nigeria.
I asked is Jonathan the one representing Niger Delta? They said No cos
He had been accused of taking oil wealth.  The same oil wealth the social
Investment program under VP also took a trillion naira of our oil wealth!

High Court of the FCT
Abuja
Dear Sir/Madam,
Benedict Peters (Founder and CEO of Aiteo Group) vs- EFCC
APPLICATION FOR CTC OF ENROLLED ORDER AND RULING/JUDGMENT
We are in part a public interest litigation law firm and hereby apply for a certified true copy (CTC) of the enrolled  Order, Ruling/Judgement of  Hon. Justice Othman Musa made today Thurs 22nd March, 2018 declaring illegal and unconstitutional the act of EFCC declaring an entrepreneur,  Mr Benedict Peters wanted in 2016 without court approval.  As this Hon. Court has quashed such ‘declaration’ as crass fundamental rights infringement, EFCC was ordered to tender a written apology to the Applicant... With this declaration the EFCC must first seek and obtain court approval before it can declare a citizen of Nigeria wanted.

We shall pay the necessary certification fees.
Yours Respectfully,
C. N AJIE & CO.

A female Chief Judge was before the NJC panel Feb 2018 and now
the verdict is on a male Chief Judge of Abia State March 2018.  Solecism.
Was it because someone said there was a gender slant to those allegations?
Would see perhaps if this verdict stands the test of litigation.
