Within 24 hours the news spread in the front pages  of  Vanguard, Thisday Guardian etc. Gov Tambuwal set up investigatory  team about  noon today Saturday I sent the message hereunder to Gov Tambuwal and everybody.

Now TheCable ……breaking….Miss Patience Adaji teenage girl rescued. Hurray!!!!!!!!

Next time another Baby Girl is kidnapped the palace or place where the Babies are taken to will be sued in multi-billion naira civil claims and particularly the Hisbah Commissions, these unwholesome practices of endangering our women and girls.

So instead of collecting ‘free’ money from people why not charge fees!   Do not charge more fees than are stipulated under the legal practitioners remuneration order ( LPRO)  for deeds of assignments, mortgages, leasehold,  legal documentation.  As LPRO does not make provision for litigation, you are defending a high court matter of say N500 Million aircraft lease,  what to charge? Depends on your year of call and experience and complexity and ability of the client to pay.

On the missing Benue under-aged girl, Governor Tambuwal has set up investigation teams who are looking for the girl’s parents or relations!. But Vanguard in the report above said they can find the girl’s dad why is Tambuwal not talking to Vanguard or  the girl’s school or the sultan of sokoto, return this girl home to where she was abducted.

 Gov Tambuwal you’ve just arrived home found your daughter missing? This is the 6^th or 7^th month unless you have found her could you retire?  What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
