The letter disqualifying him from contesting this year’s election was dated 29^th June 2018. Osuigwe should know, 29^th was Friday and should read the Interpretation Act. He received the letter via email on Monday 2^nd July 2018. He complains that he got the letter days after it was signed. Osuigwe’s argument is puerile. Check the law to see how the Law calculates number of days before complaining.

In any event, if he is approaching the court to challenge his disqualification he could get a reprimand for gravitating between Abuja and Nnewi Branches in a manner forbidden by our Constitution. Someone said on his Facebook that he was “forum shopping” and I add the NBA Constitution does not aid or promote “forum shoppers”. Neither does the law courts.

Mr Osuigwe said he could win the case? Sophism!. I have a word for Osigwe could get outright judicial condemnation paving the way for LPDC to formally take him up for his professional misconduct in deliberately misleading readers and the man keeps blundering on. The screenshot on his Facebook readers saved it that he lived in Abuja as at the time he filed nomination. He later on changed his Facebook profile when we called readers’ attention to his Blundering botch blooper realised his fiasco he deleted “lives in Abuja”.  Late in the day hence he must be held to it.
