NBA PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES AHEAD OF ELECTION YOUTUBE


Distinguished Colleagues,

Yesterday I got a text message from Olisa Agbakoba SAN on a presidential candidate he planned to back, he said that he had read all the  NBA presidential programs 2018 and found his candidate’s satisfying. As a former President of our Association, and considering Dr. Agbakoba is a human rights lawyer, a  Critic, an intellectual, I had expected at least a one liner on the aspect of his candidate’s manifesto or program that he had read and found more satisfying than any other candidate's,   not to read as  "inchoate assessment".  

NBA Sister Barrister in whom I am well pleased, worked with a number of NBA Brothers and Sisters in 2006 when Agbakoba was running for the office.  My foremost role in your 2006 election, critical to events leading to eligibility to contest. Matter of fact I tagged Agbakoba my NBA Son and a past President said but he is older than CN AJIE. I argued that the word is used symbolically to connote, with humility,  that I brought Agbakoba into NBA from the Civil Society where he stood and still stands tall. I had expected Agbakoba (co-incidentally  he is a politician) to defer to his NBA Mom,  one Caroline Nonyelum Ajie.  

We see Agbakoba’s NBA Sister backing the candidate adopted by EBF as Agbakoba tries to back  former Chairman of EBF/ Teacher. I think I know why Agbakoba and his Sister adopted the strategy to back different candidates they want if either wins it becomes easy for either Layers to swing in.

Augustine Alegeh and Afam Osugwe adopted a similar strategy. Soon Osuigwe was disqualified, Alegeh’s candidate and Osigwe appeared to be pursuing a lawsuit without prospects of success, Afam and Alegeh plotted to back different candidates just in case one of whom wins becomes easy for the duo to get in. Alegeh and Afam, 2 peas in a pod often plotting together in NBA.

Back to Agbakoba and his twin NBA Sister. Please I suggest pure professional relationship so none should read impure thoughts of innocent Lawyers;  Agbakoba and his NBA Sister or anyone. His Sister long took a position and Agbakoba appears to be taking a contrary position for reasons identified above.

Dr Agbakoba Sir election is in a few days, here is why I ask you to back eminent candidate, Paul Usoro SAN for the office of NBA President 2018. I am forwarding two Channels TV video recording of PU.
