Ebola vs- Lassa Fever: Act Buhari Act!

Nigeria had 20 cases of ebola and 8 dead before Jonathan's regime halted it and WHO subsequently declared Nigeria ebola-free.
Is  our clueless, corrupt and incompetent President Buhari waiting lassa fever to kill half the Nigeria's population?
