Esenowo v. Ukpong (1999) 6 NWLR (Pt. 608) p611 at 617

Confused when addressed as Carol without Nonyelum or Ajie or what?
The plaintiff was pummeled by Okutepa for saying he is Unachukwu John E; John Echezona Unachukwu and cited the above Supreme Court dictum of Belgore JSC at page 617 para D-F that Dr  E J Esenowo is not the same as Dr J E Esenowo because E J Esenowo is not registered with Nigerian Medical Council although Dr J E Esenowo was duly registered.

When they call thee Austine, Augustus or Augustine, does it really sound giddy?

What are the facts of the case in Esenowo v Ukpong (supra) Those who may have NWLR part 608 on Sunday PM or i-reports/ e-citations may distinguish the cases!
To see if the objection is sustainable or not sustainable or tags under frivolous.
Thank you
