PUtting NBA Money in Their Hands....

Paul Usoro’s penchant for lawlessness and disdain for the NBA and our Constitution.

Article 8(5)vi of NBA Constitution says the President is the official spokesman of NBA. EFCC accused the NBA President Usoro SAN specifically of money laundering up-to and in excess of one Billion Naira. EFCC didn't make the allegation against NBA, Noble Bar Association has no reply for EFCC it is Mr Usoro who should answer, & he asked a young NBA officer to fight his personal battle using NBA's platform.

Usoro took money from State coffers to settle the personal battle of his Akwa Ibom state Governor, over election dispute that was initiated before the Gov took his oath of office and oath of allegiance. We voted a man, Usoro we thought had some regard for our rules, we have found he has but a scant respect for NBA Constitution and our members; some  grounds for his impeachment, for these Constitutional breaches.

In breach of our rules, Article 7(2) of the NBA Constitution 2015, that the "National Executive Committee shall meet at least once in a quarter"  next quarter ends in November 2018. However, due to his disregard for NBA Constitution and her members, Usoro unilaterally and arbitrarily calls a NEC meeting in December 2018 without apologies, in the month of Christmas, a Christian with scant knowledge of the symbols for the Christmas season. A Lawyer with embarrassing views on when a writ of summons is filed; an originating process is filed when signed, dated and filed.

Look at Mr Usoro ‘s retinue of PAs as President of NBA they report in NBA House:
1.  Victor Ekim – Executive Assistant
2.  Ememobong Nicholas – PA NBA Matters
3.  Ayi Ekpeyong – PA Domestic Matters – Whatever that means.
Usoro sent one of his PAs to my Facebook wall when we queried the salaries,  to write that Usoro is the one who  pays him from PU's purse so I ask Mr Usoro you claim to run a structured office, you must have the record of transfers/payment of PAs salaries. He has PA on NBA Matters what was he voted for isn't it NBA Matters?.

Wasteful, another a PA on Domestic Matters, aware that all NBA members are entitled to their individual domestic itinerary and yet another Executive Assistant? We voted 14 national officers with constitutional roles why is it difficult to assign the officers to their distinct duties supported by the regime instead of running a parallel office at great costs whether to him or NBA particularly as our NBA Staff now starve no salaries since October 2018 including some vulnerable female staff.

Dear Colleagues, unless we see a pay slip scanned to us from Mr Usoro SAN or his firm as the salaries for extravagant-appointment of PAs, take it with a pinch of salt that it is not NBA funding these PU's excesses particularly from a Lawyer with scant regard for professional obligations and and who now bribes boys (please are they yahoo?!) fighting his cause on Facebook, frightened that should EFCC press further, the money laundering charges, he would not have the legitimate support base to sustain him in office till 2020, the election has been challenged in court by one of the Presidential candidates. Should PU refuse to resign from office to face his matters, please don’t fund the NBA account for as long as he sits there as the NBA President.

DO NOT PAY Bar conference fees 2019 etc if Usoro fails to resign. Kindly pay your respective Branch dues only.
#PUtting NBA’s money in Usoros hands is Poor business.
Thank you!
