Author of "The Lion of Bourdillion" Not Liable!

Thanks for your remarks. The Author of Documentary on BAT "The Lion of Bourdillion"  was not sued for libel by the plaintiff Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT). Dokpesi/ DAAR Communications were the publishers as distinct from the Author! In libel author is the person who writes the piece, a publisher is the person who publishes it, so the author here was/is freed of liability and the one vulnerable publisher was pinned, the bigger political pawn. Because BAT thinks harm to his reputation would heal with the long sudden love letter from his political victim DAAR Dokpesi. But author or authors of the said documentary remain free of any liability whatsoever.

I have just read President Buhari  in London challenge those who say there are corrupt members of APC to name them and provide evidence to enable him take steps. But Rivers State Governor Wike highlighted these and Buhari looked away because Amaechi is a member of his cabinet.
