Boko Haram Controls Half of Borno, says Senator
Baba Kaka Garbai
The Senator representing Borno Central, Baba Kaka
Garbai has said that the story that the insurgents have been degraded is
nothing but a lie as the terror group still hold on strong to about 50 percent
of troubled Borno State.
Garbai who spoke to journalists during a condolence
visit to Dalori village where 65 persons were reported killed last week by the
"technically defeated" insurgents said, the truth about the
accomplishment of the military in Borno State was never truly spoken as the
Boko Haram and the Nigerian nation are presently administering about the same
territories in the state.UNQUOTE---------NIGERIANS WILL ONE DAY USE THE SAME

RESTRUCTURE NIGERIA IN LINE WITH THE
RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE 2014 NATIONAL CONFERENCE. THAT IS THE SOLUTION!!!
REMEMBER:
As long the Muslim population remains around or
under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a
peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. Although there
WILL be Islamic attacks..
United States -- Muslim 0.6%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1.8%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other
ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the
jails and among street gangs. There will be MORE attacks at this level
This is happening in:
Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence
in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will
push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby
securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on
supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with threats for
failure to comply. There will now be a level of fear from the natural
population towards muslims This is occurring in:
France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling
government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under
Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia
law over the entire world.
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they
tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In
Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends
Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam , with
opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen
daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in: Almost DAILY attacks in this range
Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 15%
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger
rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of
Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:
Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres,
chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:
Bosnia -- Muslim 40%
NIGERIA-- Muslim 42.8%
Chad -- Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7%
From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution
of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims),
sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and ***ya,
the tax placed on infidels, such as in:
Albania -- Muslim 70%
Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4%
Qatar -- Muslim 77.5%
Sudan -- Muslim 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent
jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these
nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been
experienced and in some ways is on-going in:
Bangladesh -- Muslim 83%
Egypt -- Muslim 90%
Gaza -- Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1%
Iran -- Muslim 98%
Iraq -- Muslim 97%
Jordan -- Muslim 92%
Morocco -- Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan -- Muslim 97%
Palestine -- Muslim 99%
Syria -- Muslim 90%
Tajikistan -- Muslim 90%
Turkey -- Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' --
the Islamic House of Peace. Here there's supposed to be peace, because
everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasas are the only schools, and the Koran is the
only word, such as in:
Afghanistan -- Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100%
Somalia -- Muslim 100%
Yemen -- Muslim 100%
Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these
100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy
their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.
Then you have BOKO HARAM, ISIS..Islam with a hall pass!!!

PMB should just be working hard like had started so
far, we are enjoying the drama from the camp of yam eaters in PDP that nearly
collapsed the system, , I believe soon that Niger will see the dividend of
democracy aftermath budget is passed. I don't Reedley see any fault in the
budget and I believe PMB will ensure that all the good thing listed for the
people will surely get to them
•
These are my criticisms and I do not need any presidential
permission whatsoever to unleash them :
1. The Buhari administration budgeted 39 billion
Naira for the propaganda machine led by one Lai Mohammed ,well over the amount
budgeted for agriculture in the whole country yet the lip service to the diversification
in the economy goes on.
2. The Buhari government budgeted more funds for
the Aso-rock medical clinic which takes care of Mohammadu Buhari, his family and
cronies more than is budgeted for the whole teaching hospitals in Nigeria put
together. As we speak, the president is in Europe getting the best medical
attention available to mankind while Nigerians are dying in droves of common
curable diseases like Malaria and typhoid.
3. The Buhari administration is planning to expend
tens of millions of US dollars in oil exploration in the north where such
attempts have clearly failed in the past on a serial basis. This nonsensical
venture comes at a time when the over production of oil world wide has caused a
crash in crude oil prices and forced many exploration ventures all over the
world to be stopped or drastically scaled back. It also underscores the
hypocrisy of Mr Buhari who has pledged to diversify the Nigerian economy away
from oil and gas.
4. The creation of a ministry of budget and
planning was just a ploy in furtherance of the ethnocentric policy of
"northernisation" by President Buhari. This President removed
budgetry duties from the finance ministry and drafted the current budget with
his northern cronies in the so called budget ministry . This selfish
master-stroke has made the Yoruba minister of Finance a mere clerk with a big
name while the vital aspects of finance has been hijacked by the north.

You made mostly credible arguments and valid
points in relation to points 1-3. I partially agree with you on point 4. In
respect of point 4, it is true that Budget and fiscal policy now resides with
the ministry of national planning. That ministry is headed by Udo Udoma and not
a Northerner. Adeosun is in control of federal government finances but does not
control macro fiscal policy. She has no power or control over the direction of
the wider economy through macro fiscal policy. Her ethnicity should not be an
issue here and see no reason why the mention of Northerner or YORUBA was
merited here.
§
•
Udoma was just an errand boy as far as the budget
is concerned.

BUHARI IS A NATIONAL SECURITY RISK ..... BELOW IS
COUP SPEECH THAT OVERTHREW BUHARI ON AUGUST 27, 1985 ... WHAT HAS CHANGED?
I, Brigadier Joshua Nimyel Dogonyaro, of the
Nigerian Army, hereby make the following declaration on behalf of my colleagues
and members of the Nigerian Armed Forces. Fellow country men, the intervention
of the military at the end of 1983 was welcomed by the nation with
unprecedented enthusiasm. Nigerians were unified in accepting the intervention
and looked forward hopefully to progressive changes for the better. Almost two
years later, it has become clear that the
fulfillment of expectations is not forthcoming.
fulfillment of expectations is not forthcoming.
Because this generation of Nigerians and indeed
future generations have no other country but Nigeria, we could not stay passive
and watch a small group of individuals misuse power to the detriment of our
national aspirations and interest. No nation can ever achieve meaningful
strides in its development where there is an absence of cohesion in the
hierarchy of government; where it has become clear that positive action by the
policy makers is hindered because as a body it lacks a unity of purpose. It is
evident that the nation would be endangered with the risk of continuous
misdirection.
We are presently confronted with that danger. In
such a situation, if action can be taken to arrest further damage, it should
and must be taken. This is precisely what we have done. The Nigerian public has
been made to believe that the slow pace of action of the Federal Government
headed by Major-General Muhamadu Buhari was due to the enormity of the problems
left by the last civilian administration. Although it is true that a lot of
problems were left behind by the last civilian government, the real reason,
however, for the very slow pace of action is due to lack of unanimity of
purpose among the ruling body; subsequently, the business of governance, has
gradually been subjected to ill-motivated power play considerations.
The ruling body, the Supreme Military Council, has,
therefore, progressively been made redundant by the actions of a select few
members charged with the day to day implementation of the SMC’s policies and
decision. The concept of collective leadership has been substituted by stubborn
and ill-advised unilateral actions, thereby destroying the
principles upon which the government came to power. Any effort made to advise the leadership, met with stubborn resistance and was viewed as a challenge to authority or disloyalty. Thus the scene was being set for systematic elimination of what, was termed oppositions.
principles upon which the government came to power. Any effort made to advise the leadership, met with stubborn resistance and was viewed as a challenge to authority or disloyalty. Thus the scene was being set for systematic elimination of what, was termed oppositions.
All the energies of the rulership were directed at
his imaginary opposition rather than to effective leadership. The result of
this misdirected effort is now very evident in the country as a whole. The
government has started to drift. The economy does not seem to be getting any
better as we witness daily increased inflation. The nation’s meager resources
are once again being wasted on unproductive ventures. Government has distanced
itself from the people and the yearnings and aspirations of the people as
constantly reflected in the media have been ignored. This is because a few people
have arrogated to themselves the right to make the decisions for the larger
part of the ruling body.
All these events have shown that the present
composition of our country’s leadership cannot, therefore, justify its
continued occupation of that position. Furthermore, the initial objectives and
programmes of action which were meant to have been implemented since the
ascension to power of the Buhari Administration in January 1984 have been
betrayed
and discarded. The present state of uncertainty and stagnation cannot be permitted to degenerate into suppression and retrogression. We feel duty bound to use the resources and means at our disposal to restore hope in the minds of Nigerians and renew aspirations for a better future.
and discarded. The present state of uncertainty and stagnation cannot be permitted to degenerate into suppression and retrogression. We feel duty bound to use the resources and means at our disposal to restore hope in the minds of Nigerians and renew aspirations for a better future.
We are no prophets of doom for our beloved country,
Nigeria. We, therefore, count on everyone’s cooperation and assistance. I
appeal to you, fellow countrymen, particularly my colleagues in arms to refrain
from any act that will lead to unnecessary violence and blood shed among us.
Rest assured that our action is in the interest of the nation and
the armed forces. In order to enable a new order to be introduced, the following bodies are dissolved forthwith pending further announcements: (a) The Supreme Military Council (b) The Federal Executive Council (c) The National Council of States.
the armed forces. In order to enable a new order to be introduced, the following bodies are dissolved forthwith pending further announcements: (a) The Supreme Military Council (b) The Federal Executive Council (c) The National Council of States.
All seaports and airports are closed, all borders
remain closed. Finally a dusk to dawn curfew is hereby imposed in Lagos and all
state capitals until further notice. All military commanders will ensure
effective maintenance of law and order. Further announcements will be made in
due course. God bless Nigeria.

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has alleged
that his predecessor, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, spent a whopping sum of $150 million
dollars to finance the elections of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He said the former governor spent the huge sum
between December 1 and 18, 2014 to sponsor the national election campaigns of
APC.
The governor made the allegation while speaking at
a thanksgiving service held at Saint Peter's Anglican Church, Rumueprikom,

Vowing to recover all the stolen money belonging to
the state, he called for a comprehensive fight against corruption and canvassed

I have no hope
in President Buhari. He is as bad as the status quo. Nothing he's done in
office points at CHANGE. Buhari just duped Nigerians with mere slogan. If a
budget proposal were deemed as a presidential statement to the Legislature;
vouchsafed as true, Buhari will stand impeachable for fraud. His submitted
education budget shows 10 billion Naira mark higher for civil servants'
salaries in the Ministry of Education than for all parastatals under the same
Ministry of Education. Nobody in the Ministry of Education could justify this
fraud at the Senate Committee hearing. The best course to take now is for the
Senate to reject the useless Buhari 2016 budget in entirety as fraud wrapped in
mystery.
