Half-witted Exercise Excluded The Author of "The Lion of Bourdilion"

Author of the Documentary "The Lion of Bourdillion"  was not sued for libel by the plaintiff Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT). Dokpesi/ DAAR Communications were the publishers as distinct from the Author! Even lay people must know that a person who writes a piece is an author distinct from a publisher the person who publishes it to a third party, so the author here was and is not liable but one vulnerable publisher BAT’s political pawn DAAR Communications. Because BAT thinks harm to his reputation would heal from APC’s political victim DAAR Dokpesi as the author or authors of the said documentary are free of any liability whatsoever.

The plaintiff Jagaban Big Ego who demanded a retraction from one of the publishers whilst the author goes scot free may have been fooled. Now how the word “retraction” was mocked by that half-witted exercise.
