Mr Donald Trump’s call to ban Muslim immigrants receives flakes

have collected and replaced one SUV with two SUVs from the office of the
National Security Adviser, who conventionally does not deal with vehicles for
past heads of state, is illicit,
contravenes 3(1) of the Remuneration of Former Presidents and Heads of State
(And Other Ancillary Matters) Act, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004
which provides that Buhari is entitled to three vehicles every four years,
considering that he had collected his replacement vehicles in 2012 and it won’t
be until 2016 before Buhari will be entitled to new vehicles.
Even if one argues that it was a substitute for the damaged SUV how
do you defend substitution of two SUVs for one?.
Furthermore, Mr President failed the test of transparency and
accountability in failing to announce the development to the public before
Dasuki exposed PMB. Why an anti-graft crusader would hide expensive gifts of
SUVs from the public, bought with public funds leaves a whiff
of rancidity.
