UGANDAN FEMALE OPPOSITION LEADER AND AIDE STRIPPED BY POLICE CHIEF

Please clarify am I right in saying that one of the ladies stripped is the leader of opposition in Uganda and the Police Chief obviously acting a filthy political script. That was indecency taken too far. I agree with you the African continent in collaboration with UK, US have no option than to rise.
