SENATE EMBARKS ON A NEW CONSTITUTION

As the National Assembly seeks to embark on fresh constitutional amendment beseech:
1.    Review Chapter IV under equal opportunity clause no one should be discriminated on any basis, ban the award of SAN conferred by the Legal Practitioners Privileged Committee of the profession, forthwith
2.    Enact inclusivity
3.    Reject selectivism – All LL.B are equal before the law.
4.    Reserve 30% of legislative seats for women in all constituency because Buhari is not serious about his promises to women of equal opportunity as their male counterparts so we need the legislative support such that for every 3 Senators one female and for every 3 Reps one female such that the zone that should first start would go in alphabetical order. I give you an example amongst 3 senatorial districts North, South Central in any given state, the "central" takes the slot for one female senator and after 4 years it revolves to the next district and then the next in that order.
5.    That if the President of Nigeria ie Buhari cannot be prosecuted certain crimes or even sued in civil liabilities for unprecedented killings of defenceless Nigerians since May 29th 2015 to present, whilst in office, it goes without saying President of the Senate and Speaker of the house and their Deputies would also leverage on immunity as each head one arm.
