Your Excellencies the President of the Senate and the
Speaker
of the House, we have the full text of President Buhari's address but we
do not have copies of our budget anywhere. We also saw video clips of
Dr Saraki's address.
Kindly unveil the said budget President Buhari handed in as
you commit to scrutinize it, let the public view it; the best part of the
Senate President’s address is, NASS will
scrutinize the budget and that if what is coming out from the former public
officers is half-true, then the oversight functions of the Senate as stated in
the Constitution must be strengthened and Team Buhari closely oversighted.
